Athletes are expected to attend all practices; including spring break. AJR follows the AACPS spring break schedule and will be hosting training sessions. (March 25-29)

Athletes need to provide a medical release form or statement from a medical professional stating the athlete is cleared to fully participate in the rowing season, including racing.

If you need a form, please find the AACPS Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form HERE for your convenience.
